Thick Reese's-Inspired Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS
-1/2 cup coconut milk
-1 cup frozen banana
-1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
-1 heaping tablespoon of cacao (or cocoa) powder
DIRECTIONS
-add coconut milk, frozen banana, peanut butter and cacao (or cocoa) powder to a blender and blend
-for a thicker smoothie…add more frozen fruit, as needed
-for a more drinkable smoothie…add more coconut milk, as needed
-add to a bowl and top with your favorite toppings (I used banana, chocolate granola, chocolate chips, a chocolate pb cup and melted peanut butter)
