Blueberry & Brie Grilled Cheese
INGREDIENTS
-1 package of Brie, sliced
-2 slices of Sourdough Bread
-Room temp butter
-Blueberry jam/preserves (or any other jam you like)
DIRECTIONS
-Preheat oven to 350F
-Slice the bread to your desired thickness
-Slice the Brie into thin slices
-Heavily butter one side of each slice of bread
-On the other side, spread your blueberry jam
-Add the slices to a skillet (or pan) on medium heat, with the buttered side facing down
-Add the slices of Brie on top of each slice of bread (on top of the jam)
-Let cook for ~2 minutes
-Flip one of the pieces onto the other to make a sandwich
-Place your skillet (with the sandwich) in the oven (350F) for ~5 minutes to melt the cheese
-Enjoy!
